Your right of withdrawal

Immediate start of our activity

So-called waiver declaration – legally: request under § 357a para. 2 and confirmation under § 356 para. 5 no. 2 BGB

Without your express request, we will only begin after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired – only then will you receive the property exposé with the property address.

You can request that we begin immediately – you will then receive your documents immediately. Voluntary.

When is the service fully rendered? Our service is fully rendered upon notarisation of the purchase contract – your right of withdrawal can therefore expire at the earliest at that point; at the latest, it ends when the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
