Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BATU IMMOBILIEN, Owner Batu Karaoguz, Walldorfer Weg 32, 64546 Mörfelden-Walldorf, telephone: +49 6105 30 80 837, e-mail: info@batu-immobilien.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.batu-immobilien.de/widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without undue delay, containing information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period upon complete provision of our service if, before it began, you expressly consented to our beginning the service before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your acknowledgement that your right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract by us. In the case of a contract concluded off business premises, the consent must also have been transmitted on a durable medium (§ 356 Abs. 5 Nr. 2 BGB).
Our brokerage service is fully provided:
- in the case of the purchase and sale of a property, upon notarisation of the purchase contract,
- in the case of letting and apartment searches, upon signature of the tenancy agreement by tenant and landlord.
Without your express request, we will only begin our activity after the withdrawal period has expired.
