Request a valuation of your property in Turkey
Turkish addresses are structured differently from German ones. That is why we ask for province, district and neighbourhood – and, if to hand, Ada and Parsel from the Tapu. Required fields are marked *.
Non-binding request – no brokerage agreement. We only use your details to process your request, see our Privacy policy.
Please note: you will receive a non-binding market appraisal. It does not replace a valuation report by an appraiser licensed in Turkey, as is usually required, for example, when selling to foreign buyers.
How to enter an address in Turkey
A Turkish address goes from large to small. Province, district and neighbourhood are enough for an appraisal – street and number make it more precise.
İl – province
The top level, e.g. İzmir, Aydın or Muğla.
İlçe – district
The district or town, e.g. Bodrum, Çeşme or Kuşadası.
Mahalle – neighbourhood
The neighbourhood, e.g. Yalıkavak or Alaçatı. It often has the biggest effect on price.
Cadde / Sokak – street
Cadde is the main road, Sokak the side street – often just a number, e.g. 1234. Sokak.
Bina No / Daire No
Building and flat number. In residential complexes the name of the Site is added.
Ada / Parsel
Block and parcel number from the Tapu. They identify every property unambiguously.

Frequently asked questions
Why is there a separate form for Turkey?
Turkish addresses are structured differently: province (İl), district (İlçe), neighbourhood (Mahalle) and street, plus Ada and Parsel in the land register. These details let us identify your property clearly.
Is the appraisal a formal valuation report?
No. You receive a non-binding market appraisal. Where an official valuation report is required – usually, for example, when selling to foreign buyers – it must come from an appraiser licensed in Turkey.
Where do I find Ada and Parsel?
On your Tapu deed. If you have access to the Turkish e-Devlet portal, you can also view the Tapu data there.
What does 3+1 mean?
This is how rooms are counted in Turkey: 3+1 means three rooms plus a living room. Kitchen and bathroom are not counted.
What is the difference between brüt and net?
The gross area (brüt) includes walls and, depending on the listing, a share of common areas. The net area (net) is the usable space inside the flat.
Which language is the appraisal in?
English, German or Turkish – as you prefer.
Prefer to talk in person?
Call or write to us – we advise in English, German and Turkish.
